Description

The Assistant Director, Student Organization & Greek Life, oversees all student organization run activities, providing advisement and assistant in all aspects of student organization and programming including oversight and training to student organization officers. The Assistant Director will also provide vision and leadership to Greek organizations, and maintain and develop programmatic initiatives that enhance the mission of the University. The Assistant Director will report to the Director of Student Leadership & Community Engagement.

Qualifications

Minimal Qualifications:

Master's Degree in student affairs, educational research, or a related field required.

EdD, JD, or PhD preferred

A minimum five (5) years of related professional post-masters experience.

Direct experience in designing and implementing large scale programs.

Understanding of assessment strategies.

Must have a valid Louisiana driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
