The person in this position will be responsible for installing, modifying, configuring and maintaining Avaya voice services and products.  Responsibilities also include maintaining the voice infrastructure - wiring, blocs, patch panels and any other infrastructure components.

Minimal qualifications include experience with Avaya Media servers, gateways and desksets; experience with Communications Manager; experience with traditional phone services such as Least Cost Routing; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Visio and Excel.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills and project management experience is preferred.
